The staff was amazing and they decorated our room beautifully. They even provided a complimentary upgrade because they had availability. The breakfast had many options and was great. The staff members were very friendly and chatty, giving us insights on what to see and do.

I apreciated the central location. Easy access to everything important. the breakfast offered good variety and the staff was attentive. the room, double room, had nice ammenities and was clean. overall, it was a very wonderful stay. I will return.
the only issue i encountered was slow wi-fi. it made it hard to do some simple online tasks. i expect it to improve soon.

the hotel's central location was fantastic. i found it easy to explore the city. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options (i liked the pastries). the staff, especially ruth at breakfast, were very helpful.
the cleaning in my room seemed a bit rushed. there were mismatched paint patches from repairs i noticed. i also saw hair and grime in corners of the room. the concierge didn't seem very attentive when i arrived as he was busy with his phone.

the location is great, right in the city center and close to many restaurants.
the room was very small and not what i expected, it lacked amenities like air conditioning and a mini fridge. i ended up paying a lot for parking nearby and the hotel didn't offer any compensation.
